We have used:

  • Rapeseed Oil
  • Jerk Seasoning
    (ground allspice, chilli powder, chilli pepper, cumin, salt, oregano, garlic, thyme, dried onion, sugar, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, red bell pepper, bay leaves, sunflower oil, anti-caking agent – silicon dioxide, acidity regulator – citric acid)
